Acquisition Documentation Staff (Temporary: 6-months)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient acquisition of properties by preparing and managing all necessary legal documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Will handle and aligned in the documentation of huge sets of original land titles of the company.
- Liaise with sellers, brokers, and agents to obtain necessary signatures and ensure complete documentation for each property acquisition.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, identifying any potential discrepancies or missing information in documents.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to the success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Open for fresh grad or with 1 year experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
