-Posting of collections and payments

-Emailing of statement of account to clients

-Monitoring of receivables

-Releasing and Monitoring of petty cash and advances including receipts and balances

-Preparation and monitoring of Government contribution and loan payments

-Filing and safekeeping of Documents

-Conduct and Monitoring office supplies inventory

-Support admin tasks in Employee Engagement

-Counter checking of receipts for AP process

-Supports AP Documentation

  • Preferably with experience in AR With Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and other related courses
  • With knowledge in invoicing, collection process, and payment application
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
