Job Summary:

The Delivery Helper assists the Delivery Driver in the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products to various clients, stores, and distribution points. The role involves handling, loading, unloading, and organizing items while ensuring excellent service and adherence to company delivery standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles.
  • Ensure items are properly handled to prevent damage during delivery.
  • Verify and check the completeness of delivery items before dispatch.
  • Accompany the Delivery Driver to assigned routes and assist with navigation or customer coordination.
  • Support in organizing and arranging products during loading and unloading.
  • Secure delivery documents such as invoices or acknowledgment receipts and return them to the Logistics Department after delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle and loading area.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies in deliveries to the Logistics Supervisor
  • Perform other duties related to logistics support as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
  • With or without related work experience (training will be provided).
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving heavy products when needed.
  • Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel for deliveries within and outside Metro Manila.
  • Willing to work on-site at Baesa, Caloocan City.
