About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper to join our team at Stile Italia Inc.' in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Helper (HI- RISE), you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our work site. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of an established and growing company within the Trades & Services industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting skilled tradesmen and construction workers with various tasks on the job site
  2. Preparing and handling materials, tools, and equipment required for construction activities
  3. Performing general laboring duties such as cleaning, sweeping, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  4. Following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work site
  5. Collaborating with the team to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  6. Reporting any issues or concerns to the site supervisor
