Position: Project Manager – Clinic Setup & Launch (3-Month Contract)
Location: Hybrid / On-site, Camaman-an, Cagayan de Oro City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm
Type: Contract-based (3 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Objective:
To lead the end-to-end setup, launch, and initial operations of a new clinic in CDO, Misamis Oriental.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Launch
o Conduct in-depth market study, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
o Coordinate business registration and permits with the accounting consultancy firm
o Oversee lease negotiations and renovations/fit-out
o Manage sourcing of materials, equipment, and suppliers
o Create and manage project timelines and budgets
2. Staffing & Operations
o Recruit and train staff (cashiers, store managers, etc.)
o Coordinate clinic setup
o Source uniforms, signage, utilities, etc.
3. Launch Execution
o Plan and supervise soft opening and grand opening
o Coordinate with marketing
o Ensure all licenses and operational compliance are in place
4. Post-Launch
o Turn over full operational systems to the business owners
o Provide closing report and recommendations
Qualifications:
• At least 3–5 years of experience in project or operations management
• Proven expertise in in-store or franchise launches in the Philippines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• MUST already be in CDO, Misamis Oriental
Compensation:
• Remuneration depends on experience
• Contract duration: 3 months
• Guaranteed project bonus upon early or successful completion
