A design–build firm based in Mandaluyong City is seeking a motivated professional who can handle both technical design documentation and on-site coordination for ongoing residential and interior fit-out projects.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction drawings and details
  • Assist in design development and specifications
  • Conduct site visits for measurement and quality checks
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Prepare progress documentation and reports

Qualifications

For Junior Architect:

  • BS Architecture graduate; license not required
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • At least 1 year experience in construction documentation

For Site Engineer:

  • BS Civil Engineering graduate; license not required
  • Experienced in interpreting architectural drawings and managing site works
  • Strong technical coordination and reporting skills

Skills & Attributes
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Can work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites within Metro Manila

Work Setup
  • Primarily remote / WFH for design and documentation tasks
  • On-site presence required for project site supervision
