Customer Service Advisor

  • Location: IT Park, Cebu city (WFH but may transition to Hybrid next year)
  • Shift Schedule: 3pm-12am
  • Type: Full-time

Role Overview

As an Offshore Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll handle enquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, and provide the outstanding service we're known for. Working closely with our UK-based team, you'll help ensure that every customer has a positive experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Use Zendesk to manage tickets and maintain accurate customer records
  • Assist customers with orders, product information, delivery queries, and returns
  • Collaborate with our UK team to resolve escalations when needed
  • Navigate and work within Shopify and Odoo systems to process and update customer information
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate support
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role (preferably online or e-commerce)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Previous experience using Zendesk (essential)
  • Familiarity with Shopify and/or Odoo (highly desirable)
  • Ability to work hours to to align with UK operations
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
  • A reliable, proactive, and customer-first attitude
