Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leadership Trainer to deliver a 2-day intensive program focused on Strategic Coaching & Mentoring for Executive Leadership. Each batch will consist of 5 participants and will undergo two consecutive training days. The trainer will facilitate highly interactive sessions designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance coaching and mentoring skills, and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a 2-day leadership development program
  • Conduct engaging, interactive, and results-oriented leadership training.
  • Use a combination of lectures, case studies, simulations, roleplays, and peer-to-peer exercises.
  • Adapt training delivery to the needs and learning pace of participants.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching during live practice activities.
  • Ensure that learning objectives are met and participants leave with actionable leadership strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Leadership Trainer, Executive Coach, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development, coaching models, and mentoring best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage small groups and customize content based on participant needs.
  • Relevant certifications in coaching or leadership development
