POSITION SUMMARY

The Enterprise Risk Manager is responsible for leading the organization's risk management framework, ensuring that risks across strategic, operational, financial, and compliance areas are identified, assessed, and mitigated. This role works closely with senior leadership and business units to embed risk awareness into decision-making and safeguard the company's long-term success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and oversee the Company's ERM and related risk management programs


• Review, evaluate, and recommend enhancements to ERM frameworks, processes, and methodologies


• Facilitate regular updates of the risk register, heat maps, ERM reports, and management action plans


• Assess identified risks using ERM measurement criteria, including control effectiveness and mitigation actions


• Maintain a strong understanding of business operations, regulatory requirements, and external stakeholder expectations to identify potential risks


• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of ERM documentation and risk monitoring tools


• Prepare and deliver customized ERM reports, including quarterly, annual, and Audit Committee reports


• Continuously document, update, and improve risk management policies, procedures, and processes


• Monitor risk maturity and conduct periodic evaluations of risk-related policies and procedures


• Ensure risk appetite and risk tolerance remain updated and aligned with strategic objectives


• Coordinate with the Risk and Insurance team on insurance coverage impacting risk mitigation strategies


• Provide support to Internal Audit and other audit-related reviews


• Support compliance with disclosure and reporting requirements related to risk management


• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with leadership and key stakeholders to strengthen a risk-aware culture


• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management


• Address inquiries and provide guidance related to the Company's ERM Program

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 7-10 years experience in working for Risk Management Programs of medium to large corporations, and working experiences related to various areas of risk management, internal and external audit, compliance, strategy development and process improvement.
