We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves handling government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), preparing sales and financial reports, and assisting management with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, file, and monitor BIR documents, reports, and requirements.
- Handle SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and reports.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual sales/financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized company records and documents.
- Assist with payroll-related documentation and employee records.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Coordinate with government agencies and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting support role.
- Familiarity with BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth processes.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php15,600.00 per month
