We are seeking a reliable and proactive Branch Assistant to support the daily operations of our branch. The Branch Assistant will play an important role in ensuring smooth transactions, assisting clients, and providing valuable administrative and sales support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day branch operations and client servicing
  • Handle documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks
  • Support branch staff in preparing reports and processing transactions
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients and visitors
  • Ensure the branch office is organized and presentable at all times
  • Engage in both fieldwork and in-office sales activities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office or equivalent)
  • Professional, presentable, and customer-focused
