External Auditor

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing accounting system, tools, and processes currently in use.
• Review, verify, and reconcile all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, F&B industry standards, and government regulations.
• Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and risks in accounting practices and propose corrective actions.
• Develop, recommend, and implement improved accounting workflows, controls, and documentation processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Consultant in monitoring financial health, cash flow management, and overall compliance.
• Prepare clear, detailed, and timely audit reports for management review.
• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff on updated procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Support management in preparing for possible external or regulatory audits.
• Serve as advisor to the Managing Consultant in all finance-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in audit or finance, with at least 2 years in the Food & Beverage industry preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Quickbooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in systems audit, internal controls, and process reengineering.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and independence in judgment.
