About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join our rapidly growing Cancer Treatment Clinic in Naga City. As our Finance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility. What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the cancer treatment clinic, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Collaborate with the clinic's leadership team to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiencies
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the department
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies, to maintain the clinic's financial integrity

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
• Proven track record of implementing financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
