IT Specialist

Reports To: HR and Administration Manager

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another related field

· High degree of computer literacy and skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and in graphics software (e.g. Corel Draw) with ability to learn use of new software

· Proficiency in database development (e.g. SQL)

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Proactive, self-starter

· Good communication skills

· Good interpersonal skills

Job responsibilities include:

· Management, maintenance and procurement of IT devices and supplies

· Responsible for IT needs, including website, email and internet management

· Manage existing databases and create new ones as needed

· Supports the creation of marketing materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, videos)

· Responsible for updating and safekeeping master copies of product-related materials (e.g. sales leaflets, manuals, certificates).

· Coordinate the printing of marketing materials with outside vendors

· Handle any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management
