Store Manager

Responsible for executing, administering, organizing, and directing selling activities and personnel for the attainment of goals.
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to meet/ exceed sales target
- Observe implementation of measures and approaches to control OPEX
- Ensures execution of measures to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability
- Monitor merchandise movement.
- Ensure availability of items at all times such as, "Basic never out items"
- Ensures execution and efficiency of appropriate training for staff that will improve performance and increase productivity.
- Ensures that the established measures to reduce operational problems are put in effect.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder of any business course
- At least 5 years management experience in retail or related industries
