JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for achieving store sales targets, maintaining merchandise standards, ensuring quality product displays, implementing promotions, and initiating activities to boost sales performance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate of any Four-Year Business Course or any related Course.
  • Minimum of 2 Years Store Management Experience in a service-oriented Company either in Supervisory or Managerial Capacity
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING

  • Good knowledge and understanding of the operations and business trends. Comprehends the business competition and the effects on the business.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. SALES

  2. Ensures the store meets or exceeds sales targets.

  3. Initiates projects and activities to generate or improve store sales.

  4. CUSTOMER SERVICE

  5. Demonstrates and ensures excellent customer service among all staff, addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.

  6. BUSINESS ANALYSIS

  7. Coordinates with other departments in Head Office regarding business trends and other needs of the store that will help improve sales.

  8. Maximizes the use of available resources (JDA/Server)

  9. Researches to be updated with other business competitors.

  10. MERCHANDISING

  11. Ensures proper merchandise display and optimal inventory levels, maintaining quality products in the store at all times.

  12. OPERATIONS

  13. Ensures proper merchandise handling, compliance with receiving guidelines, implementation of security measures, and maintenance of good housekeeping in both selling and stockroom areas.

  14. Ensures quality product displays and implements promotional activities to enhance store sales performance.

  15. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  16. Supervises and ensures the training and development of all direct reports while implementing employee discipline and company rules.

  17. Serves as a role model in upholding company policies and ensures staff compliance with all work standards and requirements.

  18. OTHERS

  19. Prepares business analyses, provides recommendations for improvement, sets high performance standards, and reviews individual performance to identify training and development needs.

  20. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
