Your Role at a Glance

Be part of our team as a Sales Support Specialist, where you'll assist Australian customers, promote telecommunication services, handle inquiries, process orders, perform service checks, and ensure smooth provisioning-all while delivering professional support and growing your expertise in sales and telecommunications.

Day Shift (6 AM to 3 PM, rotating with potential to work during weekends)

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the Australian telecommunications industry (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong personal selling experience with a natural flair for sales
• Experience in a Telco/ISP environment (advantageous)
• Patient, courteous, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work for extended periods

Your Daily Mission

• Act as a Sales Development Representative to Australian customers promoting telecommunication services
• Handle inbound calls effectively and generate sales according to company guidelines
• Perform service qualification checks using advanced web-based applications
• Answer sales inquiries promptly and professionally
• Process sales orders and submit necessary applications for service provisioning/delivery
• Provide updates on activation and provisioning status for in-flight orders
• Complete pending provisioning tasks on in-flight orders
