Quality Assurance Analyst

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst (SEO) who can bring structure and accuracy to fast-moving SEO operations. If you’re the type who spots inconsistencies others miss, enjoys working with performance data, and knows how to turn findings into process improvements, this role is for you. You’ll make sure every deliverable—keyword research, content briefs, and on-page optimizations—meets the highest quality standards before it goes live. You’ll also help define how QA happens at scale by designing metrics dashboards, standardizing review systems, and tracking performance trends across the SEO team. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Collaborate with a global SEO and product team driving real results for startups and SMBs Be part of a company shaping how AI and automation improve SEO and ad performance What You’ll Work On Quality Control and Review Audit SEO deliverables (keyword research, briefs, on-page work, internal linking) for accuracy and adherence to standards Review work from SEO specialists and ensure outputs meet defined guidelines and timelines Track common QA issues and document improvements for the team QA Process Development Build and refine the QA workflow to ensure consistency and accountability Define measurable benchmarks for SEO quality and turnaround time Develop and maintain QA dashboards to monitor weekly performance metrics Reporting and Communication Generate weekly QA performance reports for team visibility Prepare Monthly QA Summaries for the Operations Manager with insights, trends, and action recommendations Collaborate with the SEO and Ops teams to optimize processes and reduce recurring errors What You Bring 2 to 4 years of experience in SEO operations, content QA, or performance marketing QA Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword intent, on-page optimization, link structures, metadata, etc.) Experience auditing SEO or content workflows in Google Sheets, Asana, or Notion Ability to create and maintain dashboards in tools like Google Data Studio (Looker), Airtable, or similar Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, startup-style environment Nice to Have Experience working with AI-driven SEO or automation platforms Familiarity with SaaS analytics tools or ad performance tracking Understanding of content or ad QA systems in marketing teams How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume highlighting QA or SEO experience A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing how you approach quality assurance in SEO or digital marketing Only candidates who submit a Loom video will move forward.
