Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of practical accounting experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in taxation
  • Skilled in accounting work and cash-handling procedures
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel proficiency preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general accounting functions, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial reporting
  • Manage taxation processes, including preparation, filing, and compliance with local regulations
  • Perform cashier duties, including payment processing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed
  • Provide financial insights and support management with ad-hoc reports

Work Schedule & Location

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • On-site at our BGC office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
