Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Sr. SRE) will support the Royal Caribbean website by analyzing application and user performance data to inform decision-making. The Sr. SRE will utilize site performance metrics from various sources and tools to:Assist in triaging critical production incidents

Analyze bugs and implement best practices in site reliability engineering

Optimize infrastructure

Ensure collaboration between internal teams and external service providers

Responsibilities include:Review and approve closure of incident tickets

Understand website architecture and escalate incidents appropriately

Communicate incident details and perform postmortems

Monitor and optimize system performance, creating dashboards and reports

Adjust health thresholds and maintain alerting systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Qualifications:6-10 years in SRE, DevOps, QA, or related IT roles

Proficiency in AWS and cloud services, API design, monitoring tools

Experience with Adobe AEM Cloud preferred

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Education and Certifications:Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and monitoring tools certifications preferred

Internal and External Relationships:Engagements with SCRUM teams, IT, platform, eCommerce operations, and external support providers
