Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representatives. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and providing excellent service through voice, chat, or email support.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 6 Month BPO Experience
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
