JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The SALES ACCOUNT OFFICERis tasked to seek and identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, continuously enhance existing business relationships, monitor competitive activities, develop and negotiate sales orders and oversee the sales order process from inception to product delivery. Focus of the sales efforts will be on corporate and institutional accounts in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, salons, aesthetic centers, etc.).

The SALES ACCOUNT OFFICERis also expected to deliver exceptional customer service and support by maintaining excellent product knowledge, understanding the detailed needs of the clients, handling every aspect related to the client's account and coordinating closely with the company's production and administrative staff to address any issues and to ensure meeting the specifications and deadlines contracted with the client.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • She must possess a bachelor's degree in management, marketing, engineering, chemistry, economics or any other business or technical discipline.

  • She must have at least 3 years of experience in CORPORATE, INSTITUTIONAL or BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SALES, in marketing or in corporate account management.

  • Company vehicle and company driver will be provided to service the Sales Account Officer during fieldwork days.

  • She must be computer literate and well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.

  • Has high propensity towards business development

  • Previous technical sales or operational experience with a textile company, commercial/industrial chemical company or dyeing/bleaching/laundry company will give the candidate a major advantage.

  • With good written and oral communication skills in English
