About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at Travel Lounge Bacolod Robinson's in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. As a full-time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with all their travel planning needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting customers and building rapport to understand their travel requirements
  2. Researching and presenting the best travel options to meet customer needs
  3. Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements
  4. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on travel destinations, products, and services
  6. Contributing to the overall sales and customer satisfaction goals of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the travel industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software
  5. A passion for travel and a desire to share your knowledge with customers
  6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
