We're looking for a seasoned Commissary Manager to lead our full-scale commissary operations in Marilao. This senior leadership role oversees Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Admin functions—ensuring seamless execution from procurement to order fulfillment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead daily operations across Kitchen, Bakery, Butchery, and Repacking teams
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Oversee warehouse logistics, inventory accuracy, and FEFO protocols
  • Manage store order processing, customer service, and AP/AR transactions
  • Champion ERP system discipline and drive cost control across departments
  • Mentor department heads and foster a culture of accountability and precision

What We're Looking For:

  • 7–10 years' experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or commissary leadership
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex operations
  • Strong ERP background (SAP Business One is a plus)
  • Expertise in inventory management, BOMs, and production costing
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or related field
  • Deep knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
