The Logistics and Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management, timely preparation of materials, and smooth coordination with the installation teams. This role ensures that flooring materials, tools, and equipment are properly stored, organized, and dispatched, supporting the company's commitment to quality installation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching flooring materials and supplies.

Team Management

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
  • Train and coach team members on proper warehouse procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
  • Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and evaluate performance of warehouse personnel.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Prepare and dispatch materials, tools, and equipment required for installation projects on schedule.
  • Coordinate with project managers, installers, and procurement staff to ensure timely delivery of correct materials.
  • Monitor the loading/unloading process to minimize material damage and errors.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety checks of the warehouse and its equipment.
  • Address and report any workplace hazards or incidents promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and material usage.
  • Generate regular warehouse performance and inventory reports for management.
  • Assist in implementing warehouse systems or software for better tracking and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of flooring materials (e.g., tiles, vinyl, wood, adhesives, trims).
  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to comply with safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role (experience in construction or flooring industry a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type Details:

  • Full-time in Marilao, Bulacan
  • 6 days a week
  • Salary: between 35k-50k depending on experience
