Overview of the role

We are looking for a passionate Food and Beverage Attendant who can provide fast, efficient and friendly service to all guests in the buffet according to hotel standards.

Key accountabilities

  • Execute food and beverage service according to hotel's standards
  • Customer retention
  • Knowledge in employee guidelines, hotel rules and regulations
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Assist and coordinate with the captain waiter in executing food and beverage service

General Requirements

  • With at least 3 months experience in a food and beverage service
  • 3rd and 4th year students, fresh graduates
  • Willing to be assigned in the morning shift (Escolta breakfast)
  • Excellent public relations and communication skills. Able to communicate well with all guests and fellow employees
  • Knowledgeable in restaurant service
