Are you passionate about craft beer, food service, and creating a memorable experience for guests? The Brewed Statement Taproom is looking for an enthusiastic Taproom Attendant to provide exceptional customer service, serve our signature craft beers, and ensure that guests have an unforgettable time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests, offering knowledgeable recommendations on our craft beer selection.
• Serve beer directly from our KegStation, ensuring proper pouring techniques and an excellent guest experience.
• Take and prepare orders for both drinks and food items, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom, including the bar area and seating.
• Assist with events, beer tours, and special promotions within the taproom.
• Upsell products, such as mini kegs and merchandise, to customers.
• Provide excellent service by handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and managing inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in food and beverage service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Passionate about craft beer, with a willingness to learn more about our products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role and the company.
• Team player with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
• Ability to follow food and beverage safety guidelines.
