Sales Manager – Corporate Accounts (Furniture Industry)

Location: Metro Manila

Geno Furniture is a growing commercial furniture supplier in Metro Manila, providing high-quality, stylish furniture for cafes, restaurants, hotels, and retail chains. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts, manage corporate accounts, and coach our current sales team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B or corporate sales, especially in the furniture, interior design, or construction-related sectors. You'll play a key part in expanding our reach into hotel groups, restaurant chains, and franchise brands.

Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate sales strategy and execution.

• Build and manage relationships with key accounts and clients.

• Develop new B2B opportunities in the hospitality and food service sectors.

• Train and mentor a team of two Sales Associates.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics) to meet client needs.

• Represent the brand at client meetings, expos, and events.

• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, construction, interiors, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of hospitality, F&B, or retail environments.

• Experience leading or training sales teams is a plus.

• Confident in sales presentations, negotiations, and client management.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and target-focused.
