The 
Sales Manager
 is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves creating sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager also plays a key role in mentoring and developing sales staff to drive productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives.
  • Ensure all sales processes and activities are aligned with company standards and brand guidelines.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare regular reports, and present insights to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.

Compensation:

  • This position is with basic salary of 45, ,000.00 and 
    commission-based
    .
  • Commission Structure:
     0.4% on monthly sales up to ₱10,000,000 (equivalent to ₱40,000), and 0.6% on sales exceeding ₱10,000,000 (equivalent to ₱60,000).
  • Additional performance bonuses or incentives may be offered based on targets and milestones achieved.
