Scent and Beaute, Inc. is looking for dynamic and engaged individuals to be part of teams ensuring the success of global skin care brands (CERAVE)

Position Summary

The brand team to monitors product and marketing campaigns, inventory, sales and marketing trends collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals, and assist in creation of presentations. This role will have a Marketing and Sales function.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Participate in the development and execution of brand marketing plans, including assessment of critical issues and the recommendation of strategic and tactical solutions.

· Ensure consistent and effective brand communication.

· Monitor creative calendar and development of creative projects to guarantee timely completion of projects.

· Day to day management of marketing activities and any duties required to maintain an efficient reporting of marketing activities.

· Support and compilation of material creation for presentations and reports.

· Assist in creation of marketing presentations to retailer, partners, support head of brand marketing on strategy and monthly business status presentations.

· Meeting regularly with Brand and Marketing for reviewing ideas and escalating challenges.

· Assist with monitoring day to day operations for the brand including sales forecasting, budgeting and tracking, invoicing, promotional and go-to-market planning.

· Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, promotional initiatives, and competitive activity. Effectively synthesize data for brand and competitor to identify key drivers

· Monitor forecasting, strengthen inventory accuracy, invoices, product shipments, and stock orders and align with store and animation activities.

· Assist with deployment of stocks, POSM, etc.

· Plan and analyze consumer and trade promotions.

· Monitor in conjunction with global marketing, annual price increase recommendations/analysis.

· Monitor and implement visual merchandising guidelines per activity.

· Monitoring and compilation of A&P, marketing activities.

· Collaborate and support teams (global and local) on launch innovation, and promotional activations to drive awareness, sales, and authority in beauty.

· Maintain current knowledge of the marketplace by staying in close contact with field personnel and actively seeking knowledge of the competition through store visits, trade publications, and consumer magazines. Maintain competitive archive.

· Monitoring industry and media trends to help identify new partnership offerings.

· Assist with E-Commerce when necessary.

Minimum Requirement

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field required

· 1 year Brand Marketing or Sales experience, with basic understanding of business and finance

· Problem solving, critical and analytical thinking, communication and strategic planning skills

· Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills

· High level of initiative and assertiveness; strong motivation

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications (Docs, Sheet, Slide, Gmail).

· Basic knowledge of Adobe and / or similar platforms.

· Pragmatic and agile mindset, able & willing to work with what's available (rather than wait for perfect) and constantly adapt to changing realities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
