Job Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic Brand Assistant to support our branding and marketing initiatives that enhance visibility and strengthen customer engagement. This role involves assisting with campaigns, events, digital platforms, and collaboration across teams to ensure consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Marketing Support
  • Assist in executing branding and marketing plans to increase awareness and visibility.
  • Support social media and digital content strategies that engage audiences and drive traffic.
  • Event & Campaign Assistance
  • Help organize events, promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on preparations for trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Digital Presence
  • Assist in creating and publishing content for social media, e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), and the company website.
  • Support online marketing efforts to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with sales, operations, and external partners to align brand initiatives.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Assist in tracking brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Help prepare reports and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related roles (digital marketing and event coordination experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media management and basic content creation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset, eager to contribute ideas that strengthen brand identity.
  • Adaptable and proactive in keeping up with market trends.
