Sales Consultant for Vinfast Common Wealth

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom or dealership lot

Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options

Follow up with leads from online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Process all documents related to sales transactions and customer requirements

Assist in test drives and vehicle delivery procedures

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current models, promotions, and competitor offerings

Build strong relationships with clients for future business and referrals

Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and After-Sales teams to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales or any sales-related field is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused
