Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, finance, etc.) to implement process changes and improve overall workflows.
  • Oversee inventory management, order processing, and supplier/vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Create and implement policies and best practices for operational workflows.
  • Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control related to operational activities.
  • Lead or assist with special projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, or adopting new technologies or processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • More than 1 year of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks or initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
