Job Purpose

Ensure the services of M.V. Santiago Medical Center consistently meets regulatory, accreditation, and internal quality standards by maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), facilitating audits, monitoring risks and patient safety indicators, coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and driving continuous improvement across departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Doing the daily rounds to all departments, branches, and ensuring they implement their comprehensive quality service.
  2. Collecting feedback through survey forms, interviews, and social media platforms.
  3. Analyzing the problems or issues encountered and shall be addressed immediately by consensus decision-making with the concerned departments.
  4. Recommend and implement concrete solutions.
  5. Counter-checking and reviewing the solutions whether positive.
  6. Strict implementation of the maximizing quality service in all department.
  7. Achieve zero complaints at the end of the day.

Qualifications

  1. Graduate of 4 year course (preferably BS Marketing or Business Administration)
  2. Fresh graduate are encourage
  3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  4. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  5. Proficient in MS Office
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
