Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Staff to join our quality team. The position is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet company and regulatory standards. The role also assists in implementing food safety and quality assurance programs within the plant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspection and monitoring of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Quality Standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate QA records and reports.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments on quality-related concerns.
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
  • Support internal audits and documentation requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Chemistry, or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of QA or laboratory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
