Responsibilities:

  • Provide AMS SAP JVA support by investigating and resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
  • Conduct problem management and implement continuous improvements for SAP JVA processes.
  • Handle minor enhancements for relevant skills and applications.
  • Perform system maintenance and monitoring activities to ensure stable operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
  • Ensure successful project delivery by tracking progress, identifying risks/issues, and applying mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve proficiency in SAP JVA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI with specialization in Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
  • Strong background in AMS support, system maintenance, and incident/problem management.
  • Experience with enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvements in SAP environments.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching peers or junior team members.
  • Amenable to hybrid work setup with onsite reporting twice a week.
