Responsibilities:

  • Provide SAP FI-CA support focusing on Banking, Accounts Receivables, and Payables processes.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize FI-CA functionalities to meet business and statutory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, manage service requests, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for FI-CA modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Support integration between FI-CA and related SAP modules (FICO, FSCM, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, test scripts, and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and training to team members or business users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP FI with strong expertise in FI-CA (Banking, AR/AP).
  • Hands-on experience in FI-CA configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of integration between FI-CA and other SAP modules.
  • Experience in incident management, problem resolution, and enhancements.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Amenable to hybrid work setup, with flexibility for onsite collaboration when required.
