Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain e-reports in SAP DRC (SAF-T) with proper documentation.
  • Configure and maintain e-documents in SAP DRC (e-invoicing), ensuring compliance and documentation.
  • Analyze statutory requirements for impacted countries and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Configure and maintain master data, focusing on Chart of Accounts and GL accounts.
  • Configure and manage tax codes aligned with statutory requirements.
  • Interpret SAP OSS Notes and SAP Help portal instructions, and manage communications with SAP through OSS Notes.
  • Provide support for SAP FI Bank Accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address statutory, financial, and banking requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years' experience as an SAP FI Consultant with strong expertise in Bank Accounting.
  • Must have hands-on experience in SAP FICO; SAP FICA (Contract Accounting) is a plus.
  • Strong background in e-invoicing projects and/or SAP DRC is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of statutory reporting, tax codes, GL accounts, and Chart of Accounts configuration.
  • Ability to interpret and apply SAP OSS Notes and SAP Help documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and compliance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Amenable to hybrid work setup with 2PM–12AM shift, onsite once or twice a week in Uptown Place Tower 2.
