About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  2. Analyse financial data and provide insights to help inform business decisions
  3. Perform detailed variance analyses and identify areas for improvement
  4. Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy
  7. Provide support for ad-hoc financial reporting and special projects as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. At least a year of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the financial services or BPO industry
  3. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  6. Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
