About the role

Golden Arrowhead Manpower Services Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on a range of equipment and systems
  • Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently to minimise downtime
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks according to schedules and protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and optimise performance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across a range of equipment and systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to continuous learning
