  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems as needed.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Monitor systems and equipment for signs of wear or malfunction and address issues proactively.
  • Install new equipment or systems, ensuring all installations comply with safety and operational standards.
  • Set up and calibrate systems such as HVAC units, electrical components, or machinery.
  • Assist in the commissioning of new equipment or machinery.
  • Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify faults or inefficiencies in systems.
  • Analyze system data to recommend improvements or upgrades.
  • Perform software updates and patches for IT systems or networked equipment.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while carrying out maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Keep work areas clean and safe, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate with team members, supervisors, or clients to understand needs and expectations.
  • Provide technical support to staff and other departments.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during operating hours.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities, including materials used and time spent.
  • Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
  • Report on system performance, incidents, and project status to the supervisor.
  • Work closely with other technicians and departments to complete large or complex projects.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with less experienced team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
