The Maintenance Technician / Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing company facilities to ensure they remain safe, functional, and presentable. The role requires basic knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical work, general building maintenance, flooring, and wallpaper installation. The technician will also support other facility needs and must be willing to travel between different center locations when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs (lighting, outlets, wiring).
  • Install, repair, and maintain flooring and wallpaper.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and perform preventive maintenance of the machines.
  • Assist with plumbing, carpentry, and other general repair tasks as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Travel to different company centers to support maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure all tasks follow company safety standards and guidelines.
  • Keep maintenance records and submit activity reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in general building and equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical systems (not necessarily licensed electrician).
  • Skilled in flooring and wallpaper installation.
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to travel between sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
