  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and facility components.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Install and maintain lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical components.
  • Repair or replace HVAC units, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Carry out minor construction, carpentry, or painting tasks when needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Record all maintenance work, parts used, and recommendations for future action.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
