About the role

As a Legal Associate at Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp, you will be an integral part of the legal team, providing high-quality legal support and advice to the company. In this full-time role based in the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga, you will be responsible for a range of legal tasks that contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting legal research and analysis to support the company's legal initiatives
  2. Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate filings
  3. Assisting with the management of the company's legal affairs, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance and support
  5. Staying up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape and industry regulations
  6. Participating in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
  7. Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Law or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably in the aviation or infrastructure industry
  3. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  6. Familiarity with legal software and technology
  7. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
