The Legal Associate supports the Legal Counsel and/or Senior Legal Associate by handling various tasks like legal research, document drafting, and client communication. He/She plays a crucial role in case management, trial preparation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This involves assisting with legal research, drafting contracts, pleadings, and briefs, and communicating with stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws.
  • Bar Passer wiith at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field.
  • Must possess excellent English written and oral communication
  • Must be attentive to details, resourceful, highly organized, and can work with minimal supervision
  • Has the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with a high quality result and professionalism under tight deadlines
  • Has excellent problem solving, analytical, strategic thinking, and planning skills
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to interact with all kinds of situations and people with tact and diplomacy
