The Pick and Pack Assistant helps interpret prescriptions, dispenses medicine, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding sourcing and deliveries, and performs other tasks to support the Pharma team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive orders and aid in interpreting prescriptions
  • Package and dispense medicines
  • Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing
  • Coordinate with in-house and third-party logistics for deliveries
  • Assist with counseling patients on proper medication

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and MS Office applications
  • Preferably with a background in medicine and pharmacy
  • Open to shifting schedules and night shift schedule
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals
  • Must work onsite in Makati
