About Us:

Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its operations in the Philippines. We are looking for a proactive Import and Logistics Specialist to support our growing Supply Chain Team. The role is responsible for managing import documentation, coordinating with suppliers and brokers, and ensuring smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in international trade and logistics operations, we'd love to have you on board.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and organize importation documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading/air waybill, certificate of origin, FDA permits, etc.).
  • Coordinate closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and overseas suppliers to track shipments, facilitate timely customs clearance, and resolve any import-related issues.
  • Monitor and update shipment status from origin to warehouse, manage delivery schedules, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
  • Verify, record, and analyze import-related costs such as freight, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Provide support in various supply chain and warehouse activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Must haves:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in importation, logistics coordination, or customs documentation, preferably within FMCG, retail, or trading industries.
  • Tools: Familiarity in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Willingness to work 100% onsite at the Pasig City warehouse, with occasional field visits to warehouses, ports, or customs offices as required.

Nice to haves:

  • PRC-licensed Customs Broker (an advantage but not a strict requirement)
  • Experience in retail or trading import companies, handling suppliers from China, South Korea, and Thailand
