Supplier Sourcing and Procurement

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers that meet the company's cost, quality, and lead-time requirements.

  • Ensure all supplier requirements are approved by internal stakeholders or customers before proceeding with purchase orders.

  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with suppliers to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.

  • Monitor supplier delivery performance against agreed timelines and resolve any delays or discrepancies.

Supplier Accreditation and Performance Evaluation

  • Conduct supplier accreditation based on performance, compliance, and business requirements.

  • Perform regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

  • Maintain an updated supplier database, recording performance metrics and historical transactions for reference and decision-making.

Costing and Market Trend Analysis


•Provide accurate and updated pricing information for requested materials and supplies.


•Continuously monitor market trends, material costs, and industry developments to anticipate price fluctuations.


•Ensure real-time tracking of procurement costs to support budget planning and cost control initiatives.

Procurement Compliance and Documentation


•Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.


•Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and transaction history for audit and reporting purposes.


•Collaborate with finance and other departments for invoice verification, payment processing, and budget alignment.

Work Experience: Atleast 3-5 year working experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management and/or related courses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
