The FG Inventory Analyst is responsible for the proper recording and inventory accounting of commodity materials at Iligan plant and satellite warehouses.
She/He is responsible to ensure proper accounting of Finished Goods inventory, that physical count reconciles with the accounting perpetual count.
QualificationsEducation:
A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Accounting.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Inventory Management
1. Conducts daily inventory count of all Finished Goods (FG) items stored in the warehouse.
2. Ensures that FG inventory count reconciles with the perpetual accounting count.
3. Prepares and submits daily and monthly finished goods inventory reports for management's information.
4. Traces inventory variances and seeks the Warehouse Manager's disposition on the variance.
5. Coordinates with the Accounting Inventory Analyst for actions on the variance disposition.
6. Monitors inventory system transaction including production posting & ship confirmation.
7. Handles transaction of non-conforming products in the system.
8. Prepares and updates the Variance Cause Analysis report and keeps records of the variance disposition.
Warehousing / Storage Management
9. Ensures that all FG movements in the warehouse are properly documented.
10. Ensures the proper storage of the finished goods which are based on the established standards. Non-conformance to the standard storing procedure should be reported to the Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor for immediate action.
11. Monitors and submits regular reports on FG aging. Products approaching expiry should be reported immediately.
10. Monitors Finished Goods condition during the conduct of the physical daily physical. Non-conforming products should be recorded and reported accordingly.
11. Monitors Finished Goods movement and reports to Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager for FIFO non-compliance.
