Job Description

The System and Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing the flow of inventory from finished goods and raw materials products including VAM products from warehouse cold storage to map per system requirement. He/She is also responsible in ensuring accuracy of Inventory declaration, making necessary reports, recording and analysis per product.

 

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of College Degree.

Experience:

Experience in data interpretation and analysis.

2. Working knowledge in food industry

3. Excellent MS Office or Openoffice skills

4. Preferably with background in handling inventory.

5. Preferably have knowledge on meat products.

6. Preferably have background/knowledge on SAP.

License/s:

Inventory Data Management, reporting and analytics:

1. Perform daily monitoring, consolidation and validation of Received items from

Production.

2. Perform daily monitoring, consolidation and validation of Raw material issuances.

3. Perform daily monitoring, consolidation and validation of Received items from

External Warehouses.

4. Perform daily monitoring, consolidation and validation of Dispatched items.

5. Perform daily monitoring, consolidation and validation of Returned items.

6. Perform daily monitoring, consolidation and validation of Condemned items.

7. Perform daily monitoring, consolidation and validation of Boxed items.

8. Perform daily consolidation and analysis of overall inventory considering all daily

inventory in and out movement and ensuring correctness and accuracy.

9. Perform daily and timely sending of Inventory reports.

System:

1. Perform and ensure timely and accurate input of all goods receipt in SAP.

2. Perform and ensure timely and accurate input of all goods issued in SAP.

3. Perform and ensure timely and accurate input of Transfer Posting in SAP.

4. Perform and ensure timely and accurate input of any adjustment of inventory in SAP.
